1.2 Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. Custom sweatshirts must also be in their original condition and cannot be returned if they have been personalized.

5.2 Sale Items: Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
